At Off R Rocker, our mission transcends business; it’s a passionate commitment to shaping young minds and making a lasting impact on our community. Through thoughtful discussions with our junior executives, we’ve chosen to reinvest the majority of our profits into youth rodeo, fostering not just a team but a tight-knit family, and into scholarships for students pursuing careers that can help the ranching and agriculture industries in America. 

To join us on this journey, follow Off R Rocker on Facebook and Instagram.  We share the stories from the arena to the classrooms of the students we sponsor.  Every October, we open applications for new team members, culminating in team announcements in December. Then in the Spring, we open applications for the college and trade scholarships.  Winners are announced at the Boots, Buckles, & Ballgowns Gala every May. 

We hold our team members to high standards, ensuring not just rodeo prowess but also academic excellence. Those who join our ranks are required to maintain a B average or better,  participate in rodeos or rodeo training at least once a month, and wholeheartedly embrace the core values that define our company.
