During the 2020 COVID pandemic, we wanted to teach our kids about how to start a business and make a difference. Taking inspiration from Shane’s love for rodeo and Rickelle’s passion for teaching, we worked to establish Off R Rocker! Our kids helped with everything from designing t-shirts to mailing out orders and our sponsorship fund grew. In our first year, we sponsored 2 competitors. Since then our team has grown to include 64 youth rodeo competitors from across the United States.
